The 9th grade girls had a 'Ball' on Sunday helping out with as Ball Girls for the TKU Womens premier team, who did not disappoint with an strong performance against Fensibles winning 3-2. TKU were dominant in the first half, but allowed Fensibles back into the game in the second. The late stages of the game were tense with many opportunties for Fensibles to secure a draw, however TKU held out to the final whistle.
As for the Ball Girls, I think Kate won on the day with most touches, strategically positioned on the sideline, although am the girls enjoyed the experience. Playing on the Number 1 pitch at half time was good fun and fizz and chips in the club rooms after the game topped a top day.
